Returns and Refund Policy

At Dantayatra, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent experience for all our guests. Please review our Returns and Refund Policy carefully before booking.

1. General Policy

Because our services involve third-party providers (dental clinics, hotels, tour operators), our refund process must follow a combination of Dantayatra’s guidelines and the policies of those service partners.

2. Cancellation of Dental Appointments

  • More than 7 days before appointment:
    ✅ Eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative charges and any non-refundable clinic booking fees.
  • Less than 7 days before appointment:
    ❌ No refund, as the clinic time slot has been reserved.
  • No-show or same-day cancellations:
    ❌ No refund.

3. Cancellation of Travel & Accommodation

  • All travel and stay refunds are governed by the cancellation policies of third-party providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators).
  • We will assist you in requesting refunds, but Dantayatra is not liable for decisions made by those providers.

4. Tourism & Sightseeing Packages

  • Cancellations 72 hours or more in advance may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • Within 72 hours: Refunds are not guaranteed.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Medical consultation or diagnostic charges once delivered
  • Costs incurred for visa processing or government fees
  • Travel insurance
  • Any service already availed or consumed
  • Currency exchange or payment gateway charges

6. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Requesting a Refund

  • Booking reference number
  • Reason for cancellation

8. Exceptions and Force Majeure

Refunds may not be possible in the event of:

  • Natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other force majeure events
  • Sudden policy changes by partner clinics, airlines, or hotels

We will always try to help reschedule or offer credit when a refund isn’t possible.
