3. Booking & Payments
- All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives.
- A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment and travel itinerary.
- Full payment must be made prior to treatment or travel, as outlined in your booking summary.
- All prices are quoted in Rupee and subject to change based on exchange rates, treatment needs, or third-party service adjustments.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before your scheduled arrival may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative fees.
- Cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled travel or appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
- Dental treatment costs are non-refundable once services begin.
- Refunds for travel and accommodation will follow third-party partner policies.
5. Medical Disclaimer
- Dantayatra does not provide direct medical or dental services.
- All medical procedures are carried out by third-party licensed professionals.
- We are not liable for outcomes of dental treatments, post-treatment issues, or complications.
- It is your responsibility to consult with your primary healthcare provider before undergoing any procedure.
6. Travel & Tourism Disclaimer
- Travel arrangements are managed in collaboration with certified travel agencies and hospitality providers.
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by airlines, hotels, or tour operators.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended and remains your responsibility.
